All buildings that are serviced by an NYSDOL approved window cleaning scaffold which is suspended from davits must conform with the prescribed inspections and certified report filing as detailed in the following bulletins from New State Department of Labor, or risk suspension or revocation of current Approval.

Global BMU provides davit and davit base load testing and inspection which conforms with the NYSDOL mandate specified above.  We can also offer water remediation and foam cavity occlusion services which are accepted as a remedy to the danger specified by NYSDOL.
