Introduction to Facade Access: Challenges & Integration

This course is focused on the importance of façade access in the window cleaning and maintenance industry. The course will touch on new updates in codes & regulations along with new innovations that are allowing seamless integration within the building’s design.

In this course, you will learn:

• Different types of façade access equipment and their integration with the overall design process for various building structures

• The role of platform stabilization in façade access

• Special building geometry such as negative slope, complex façade planes, fins, and overhangs and means to access these features
